Before establishing Resolve Heating & Gas Ltd, I built my career working for leading utility companies, including British Gas, where I became recognised as one of the team's most knowledgeable breakdown engineers. I regularly supported colleagues with fault diagnosis and was trusted to mentor new engineers joining the business.

Prior to becoming a gas engineer, I proudly served in the Royal Air Force and also worked within the NHS, experiences that helped shape my strong work ethic, professionalism and commitment to helping people.

After founding Resolve in Leeds, Yorkshire, my family and I relocated back to the West Midlands to be closer to our wider family. Today, I continue to provide the same dependable service with a focus on quality, honesty and customer satisfaction.
