Visiting Angels Warwickshire prides itself on our holistic approach to person-centred care. We understand looking for care is rarely a joyous occasion but our unique approach of listening, understanding, and responding to our client’s needs and preference will help relieve pressure and provide support which is centred around individual lifestyles. We believe quality care is deliberate and cannot be rushed.
We understand that there is no place like home, therefore our caregivers are carefully selected, highly trained, compassionate and efficient. Our caregivers will go above and beyond to support you to continue living independently by providing continuous, consistent and premium care in the comfort of your own home.
Our Services Include:
Hourly care – a caregiver visits at certain times of the day to provide support as needed. This could be for personal care, food preparation/cooking, medication, companionship, social activities, light housekeeping, security checks. The minimum visit time is one hour and can be as long as needed above that.
24 Hour care – a caregiver is present at all times with the client to support as needed. This is usually split into three 8 hour sessions.
Live-in care – A caregiver lives in with the client and provides all elements of care and support as needed over 8-9 hours. As the caregiver is living in they can deal with any emergencies during the times they are not working.
Sleeping Nights – a caregiver is provided with somewhere to sleep close to the client and will wake 2-3 times a night as needed to deal with any support needs.
Waking Nights – a caregiver stays awake all night to provide support as needed.
Social activities – a caregiver will collect the client from home and take out as required. This may be for social meetings with friends, coffee, lunch, personal shopping, grocery shopping, medical and other appointments. The caregiver will stay with the client during this time (unless clients prefers them not to e.g. if meeting friends), ensure client is taken back home safely and left safe.
Holidays – a caregiver will go away on holiday with a client as a companion and provide care and support as needed whilst they are away.
